These Terms govern your use of ChoicerVoicer.games. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or browser game.

Independent site

ChoicerVoicer.games is an independent fan-made companion site. It is not the official website of The Choicer Voicer, its developer, itch.io, Nintendo, Supercell or Dabolus. Names, games, characters, voice clips and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

Two separate game experiences

The browser Dub Stage displayed on this site is an independently implemented experience inspired by listen-and-dub gameplay. It is separate from the downloadable The Choicer Voicer game. The full downloadable game is offered by its creator on itch.io. We do not sell, license or provide downloads of that full game.

Recovery build and third-party content

The browser game code was implemented for this site. Included community Dub Packs retain their displayed creator credits and may contain third-party names, characters, video, images or audio with separate rights. We do not claim ownership of those materials or suggest endorsement by their rights holders. External links remain third-party services with their own availability, security, terms and privacy practices.

Microphone permission

The game may request microphone permission after you press Record. Granting permission is optional. Recording, comparison, preview and rendering run in the current browser tab. No recording is uploaded unless you deliberately press Copy Share Text after rendering. The resulting public link is scheduled to expire after seven days, although third parties may download or repost it. Revoke permission in your browser settings if you no longer want the site to access the microphone.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security, overload services, inject malicious code, automate invalid advertising activity, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates law or third-party rights. Only publish a rendered video when you have the rights and permissions needed to share its voice, video, audio and other content. We may restrict uploads or remove public files in response to abuse, security or rights concerns.

Advertising

The site may display clearly identified advertising. Ads do not constitute our endorsement. Do not click ads to support the site or for any reason other than genuine interest. We do not compensate users for ad interactions.

No purchases or refunds from us

ChoicerVoicer.games does not sell subscriptions, game licenses or downloads in the MVP. Therefore, we do not process payments or refunds. Purchases made on itch.io or another external service are governed by that service and seller.

Disclaimers

The site and browser game are provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, compatibility, accuracy and fitness for a particular purpose. Microphone and browser behavior varies by device and provider. Troubleshooting content is informational and does not guarantee a fix.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChoicerVoicer.games and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the site, browser game, external purchases or loss of access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Takedown and rights concerns

Rights owners may contact support@choicervoicer.games with the affected URL, identification of the work or right, contact information and a good-faith explanation. We may remove or change content while reviewing a request.

Changes and governing terms

We may update these Terms as the site changes and will revise the update date. Applicable law governs these Terms, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
